Return and Refund Policy
At this time, we cannot accept returns on international orders.
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide a refund for any unopened or defective purchase - less shipping cost. Due to health and safety concerns, at this time, we only accept returns on all unopened or defective products. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@tydeetip.com. Please note that a $5.00 return processing fee will be deducted from the return amount. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your refund or exchange.
Our team will process your order immediately after we receive your purchase. Due to immediate processing, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders.
shipping policy
TydeeTip offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $30+ after any applied
discounts and before applicable taxes, and shipping fees. For orders under $30, we offer a flat rate of
$3.00 per order.
